Thanks to our webmaster, the blog is back up so I’m going to take this opportunity to post information on the upcoming South Central Region, Vintage Triumph Register (VTR) confab scheduled here locally for the end of May/first of June.

Titled “A Confluence of Triumphs” with sponsorship by It’s Alive Automotive (other sponsors to be announced), the gathering runs from 30 May through 1 June 2024, with the Sheraton Westport Chalet off I-270 serving as the host hotel. Scheduled events include a number of self-guided drives, a winery drive/tour, breakfast and dinner drives, daily tech sessions, plus competitive events: a time/speed/distance rally, autocross, Le Mans start, funkhana and a concours. The gathering will wrap up with a banquet and awards ceremony on Saturday night.

Here’s the key: the South Central Region of VTR encompasses the states of Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas. But, if you own/drive a Triumph, you live in one of the other states – from Maine to Alaska and points in between – and you want to attend, come on down to St Louis! We’d love to see you here.
