Triumph/Open British Car Events

24-27 Apr 19—Annual South Central VTR confab, at the Tanglewood Resort in Pottsboro, TX.  This year’s event highlights the debut of the Wedge 45 years ago; the activities include a Funkhana, Gimmick Rally over North Texas backroads, an autocross, Triumph historical walking rally plus a 1974-appropriate costume contest at Thursday night’s Welcome Party.  Registration and schedule at http://redrivertriumphclub.org/2019-registration-home/.

31 May-2 Jun 19Champagne British Car Festival, at the David Davis Mansion, Bloomington, 9 AM-3 PM.  Hosted by the Illinois Flat Lands British Car Club; this year’s event salutes Lotus.  The weekend starts with a welcome reception Friday night and culminates in Sunday’s show.  Eastland Suites Hotel & Conference Center in Bloomington is the host hotel, ask for special CBCF pricing.
